You can grab the blue spots and drag them around, according to this they show the Horizon at ground level (Correct), but the Eye level is always looking into space, which proves the Horizon can never rise to Eye level the higher you go, but will always drop and you having to look down. But in reality this is not what is seen.

Reality paints a different picture, 
The Horizon will ALWAYS rise to the Subjects Eye level.
